Job Summary: As a Pest Control Technician at Affordable Pest Management, you will be a vital part of our mission to deliver high-quality pest control services to our valued customers. Your role will involve conducting inspections, implementing tailored treatment plans, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek an individual with experience and expertise in 7A or core licensing who can contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the pest type, infestation severity, and customer preferences.
Safely and effectively apply pest control products and techniques to eliminate pests while minimizing environmental impact.
Provide clear and concise explanations of treatment procedures and recommendations to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain accurate service records, including treatment reports, inspection findings, and customer communication.
Adhere to company guidelines, industry regulations, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Continuously update knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and industry trends
to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building positive relationships with clients and addressing their needs professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid 7A or core licensing for pest control.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a Pest Control Technician or similar role.
Ability to pass a drug screening test.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
Ability to perform the required duties, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
